• Lead market research efforts to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activity contributing to the market plan
• Guide market insights for development and pricing strategies, manage all aspects of a downstream product launch
• Oversee advertising campaigns and track performance to ensure marketing efforts are effective
• Analyze customer feedback and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation
• Collaborate with internal teams like R&D and production to implement product or service enhancements
• Adjust marketing strategies as needed to improve results
• Work with advertising teams to create compelling campaigns and materials tailored to our target audiences
• Plan and manage key industry conferences and events ensuring budgets are maintained

• Bachelor's Degree in similar field
• 5+ years of experience in Similar Role
• Diagnostics or Healthcare Experience
• Marketing Experience of 3+ years
